Fast Track Power Plant – Rebuilt G3616 Generators

fastrack

  • Our Customer was in search of a power plant solution for their gas processing facility in the Middle East. They had budget and lead time constraints that prevented them from ordering new equipment.
  • After review of several solutions offered by React Power, the customer chose to purchase three rebuilt 3480kW CAT G3616 Generator Sets.
  • The rebuilt G3616 engines were packaged with new Kato 6600V Generator Ends, High Ambient Harsco Remote Radiators, Custom Woodward Parallel Controls, and FAT Tested in Houston prior to shipping. Custom packaged standby diesel generator sets were also supplied.
Tier 2 Engine Supply – Surplus & Rebuilt Engines

tier

Our Customer was in search of a solution to allow them to repower their Hay Grinding equipment with Tier 2 engines. Ordering new engines would force him to upgrade to Tier 4 Final emissions. This would have a much higher purchase and operating cost than Tier 2 engines.
React Power Solutions was able to offer several options to this customer. They purchased some unused surplus engines from our inventory. They also took advantage of our engine rebuild offerings by purchasing several rebuilt engines outright.
The customer is now operating Tier 2 engines and has availability to exchange their engines when they are ready to repower in the future.

Island Power – Custom Generator Set

IMG

Customer desired a new CAT 600kW prime power generator set with a 1200RPM engine.
The generator was being purchased to replace an existing generator set on a remote island in the Marshall Islands.
React Power Solutions designed a custom packaged generator set for the client. It consisted of a New CAT 3508C engine, a New IEA Radiator for high ambient conditions, a Reconditioned Kato Generator End, and Deepsea Controls.
React Power also built a custom heavy-duty skid for the generator set. With limited resources on the island the unit was offloaded on the beach and dragged into place.
